EVER WARM - Deanna Gray

He rolled them over, biting the soft skin of her neck. His hands unerringly found her breasts and he squeezed them hard, sighing in satisfaction as his hands molded the still-firm flesh. The passage of time had been kind to her, that added with a series of rejuvenation treatments had allowed her to keep her beauty, her youth, and therefore his interest. With sharp nips he made his way down her neck, lips rooting for and finding a nipple, drawing it into his mouth. The Emperor suckled contentedly. He heard his name, but ignored it, instead sucking harder, pleased when he felt her flinch. Ah, so good....

"Drew!"

Sharp, demanding tone, accompanied by a harsh tug at his hair. He swiped the hardened peak with his tongue as he left it, pushing up to face his lover.

"He has to die."

UP TO SOMETHING - Dana Austin Marsh

Commander Spock of the ISS Enterprise stood in a corner of the Officers' recreation lounge.

Outwardly, he appeared to be simply observing the off duty interaction of the other officers.

Appearances were deceiving. In actual fact, the other beings in the room were little more than a peripheral buzz of white noise that he let his operatives, stationed close enough for protection but far enough away for privacy, worry about. All the considerable concentration he was capable of was focused upon the entrance to the room. Patiently he waited, like a cat at a mouse hole, for his quarry to appear. At the first glimpse of the stocky body wrapped in the distinctive glittering gold, Spock's mind ordered his body into motion.

REFLECTED TRYST - T'rhys

One is dark, a chiaroscuro depiction of slanted brows, upswept ears, and shadowed chin. A Vulcan shadow demon clad in blue saddened to muddy indigo by the brooding absence of light.

The other is light, the muted ambient lighting sending ephemeral glints of gold sparkling off metallic vest and tawny mane. A human seraph with ophidian eyes. He watches, lazily twirling a wickedly shining dagger on its point as the other meticulously shuffles then cuts a pack of brightly colored cards. It's not going fast enough to suit him and he shifts in his seat impatiently.

"Quit stalling. Deal."

INTRIGUING POSSIBILITIES - Heidi Manzone

"Captain, a moment if you please?"

"Yes, Spock?"

"I wish to ask...that is...I am... thankful for your safe return."

"Yes, it was a close call. Closer than I normally feel comfortable with. For a while there, I didn't know if we were going to make it back."

"And yet, you did."

"Yes, we made it. But we wouldn't have made it back without your counterpart's help.

He saved us, really."

"Ah, yes, my...counterpart. If I may I ask, Captain, what was he like?"
